WHAT CAN YOU RETURN AND WHEN?
You have fourteen (14) calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. If you buy multiple items as part of one order which are delivered to you on different days, your cancellation/return period will end fourteen (14) calendar days after the day on which you receive the last item of your order.
Please note that your right to cancel/return does not apply to certain types of items, including items that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons such as hosiery, hats and hair accessories or any custom made items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging. Your item also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Repackage the item in its original packaging, enclose the original delivery docket and clearly write on it the reason for your return and then send it via your local Post Office to the following address:

Please retain proof of posting until your refund has been received. You will be responsible for paying for your own postal/shipping costs for returning your item. Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/ debit card (as per original method of payment). Please allow up to 2 weeks for any refund to be credited to your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
